Established in 1984, Université Islamique de Say (Islamic University of Niger) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the small city of Sai (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur de la Recherche et de l'Innovation, Niger (Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of Niger), Université Islamique de Say (IUIN) is a coeducational Nigerien higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion.
