Casa África takes part in the 1st IMPULS Exterior in Barcelona

Casa África's Secretary General, Luis Padilla Macabeo, took part in the 1^st IMPULS EXTERIOR of Barcelona on the 24th October, an initiative that has come about from the specialisation and experience acquired by the magazine Moneda Única and the IMEX fair (International Business and Investment fair that has been held annually in Spain for the last 10 years) with the purpose of promoting products and services to increase the competitiveness of SME's abroad. Luis Padilla took part as a speaker of Mesa África, which he shared with Ignacio Elburgo (Fluidra), Antonio Pérez-Portabella (Institute Cataluña-África) and Sabita N. Jagtani (Canary Islands Special Area).

IMPULS EXTERIOR was a success by the number of participants and particularly, that Mesa Africa focused on how Spanish SMEs can start up in Africa, placing an emphasis on the advantages of logistics, transport and proximity to the Canary Islands as a platform for internationalisation of Spanish companies on the neighbouring continent.
