Exposición 'Singularidades: jóvenes creadores de Malí'

Singularidades, jóvenes creadores de Malí (Singularities, Young Creators from Mali), as part of ESPAL (Solidarity Meeting with African and Latin American People), brings recent and original works by emerging artists or those on their way to reaching recognition such as Mamadou Lamine Barry, Seydou Cisse, Lamine Coulibaly, Toussaints Dembele, Modibo Doumbia, Hawa Keíta, Mohamed Konate, Tiecoura N’Daou, Oumou Sankare and Abdoul Karim Sylla.

This exhibit affirms Casa África´s desire to reveal and promote the artists of a new generation from Mali. Bringing together a wide array of techniques for expression (paint, sculpture, drawing, installations, photography, action, digital art and video creation), the exhibit opens a window to contemporary Malian art.

The exhibit may be visited from the 14th to the 30th of April at the Víctor Jara Theatre (Vecindario, Gran Canaria).
