III Festival Afroflamenco de Dakar

Casa África supports the Embassy of Spain in Senegal in broadcasting this musical event that will include the presence of stars such as Antonio Carmona and Youssou N'Dour, performing together at the 3rd Dakar Afro-Flamenco Festival, which is a fusion of music and culture that will take place on June 3rd at 20:00 in the Plaza del Obelisco of the Senegalese capital.

These musicians will combine the best of Spanish flamenco and Senegalese mbalax in such a way that only artists like them can do, and they will be accompanied by the exceptional Njaaya, a Senegalese singer who Casa África already presented on various Spanish stages after winning the Dakar Vis a Vis, the first edition of the meeting organised by Casa África of African musicians and Spanish music producers and which was held in Cape Verde this year.

With this concert, which is scheduled to last nearly four hours, the aim is to display the artistic power and cultural mixture, while offering an example of fusion through intercontinental music and styles in order to strengthen the relations between both countries. It is also a way of promoting the music of both continents and of stimulating creativity.
