Founded in 1992, Université de Buéa (University of Buea) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Buéa (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Southwest Region. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur, Cameroun (Ministry of Higher Education of Cameroon), Université de Buéa (UB) is a coeducational Cameroonian higher education institution.
